Gower beaches

Good Afternoon Residents,

With the hot weather expected this weekend, we know many people will head towards Mumbles beaches and make the most of the sunshine. A polite reminder to visitors, to help keep our coastline safe and clean:

☀️ Take all litter home or use the bins provided and do not leave rubbish on the beach under any circumstance. 

☀️ During periods of hot and dry weather, even a small fire can spread quickly and putting those around you or wildlife at risk. Please ensure when lighting fires or using BBQ or disposable BBQ trays to ensure they are completely out/ fully extinguished when disposing.

☀️Respecting the local environment and being considerate of residents and other beach users.

There will be an high-visibility patrols across the local beaches by local Officers. 

If you see suspicious behaviour or any further reports that include anti-social behaviour etc, please report it to South Wales Police via 101 or always 999 in an emergency.
